Job Description

Send texts messages of stock list to clients. Confirm receipt of messages. Assist retail customers to choose and purchase goods Update new stock on display area Advice clients on any price changes or promotion/special prices on Tiles. Write daily report.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Experience and knowledge of tiles is an added advantage
  2. Familiar with MS word, Excel and internet
  3. Customer service skills
  4. Good communication and listening skills
  5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Dependable and flexible when necessary

Education + Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university At least 4 years of experience in Customer Care role
