Job Description

Tribus TSG Ltd under the Ajiry program seeks to recruit 25 performance-driven Sales Executives to drive sales of Real estate products to individual clients and organised groups in order to achieve the overall revenue objectives for Centum RE retail sales.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Ability to: • Contribute to the achievement of allocated annual sales targets for the region by proactively and rigorously engaging in sales activities • Propose potential business deals by engaging potential partners • Advise clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting
  2. • Accompany clients during visits and inspections of the property
  3. • Maintain and service existing customer portfolio to realize revenue
  4. • Work in conjunction with the Head of Sales and marketing team to identify sales opportunities in the region
  5. • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers
  6. • Communicate effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions, new product listings, and product de-lists

Education + Experience

  1. • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Survey, Project Management or any other business-related field
  2. • Minimum 4 years' combined experience in sales and marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Survey, Project management with at least 2 years’ sales and marketing experience in a real estate company; experience in selling high end commercial and residential property will be an added advantage
  3. • Must be aged between 25 to 35 years
  4. • Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
  5. • Must be able to work under minimal supervision, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  6. • Strong interpersonal skills and networking skills
