This intermediate photojournalist captures photo, video, and creates various forms of digital and blended content to highlight the work of Compassion's programs within Kenya and the Africa region. The photojournalist further works within a highly collaborative team environment with a strong emphasis on partnership with international Compassion offices. At this career level, the incumbent generally works independently on moderately complex projects or as a team member on larger projects. He or she may coach other photojournalists.

Travels to Compassion programs to capture video and photos to use in creative concepts and designs in response to communication strategies and goals. Searches and selects photography options and incorporates into designs or written materials as appropriate.
