Job Description

Responsible for marketing Banks’ products and services in churches, SMEs and Institutions to recruit and intake of new customers, processing and disbursement of loans and ensure timely collection of the same to ensure healthy portfolio and happy satisfied customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements Clear understanding of microfinance/banking industry is an added advantage
2. Good interpersonal & communication skills with excellent customer service
3. A team player with the drive to improve performance

Education + Experience

1. A minimum grade of C+ (plus) in KCSE A undergraduate Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business related courses from a recognized Knowledge in Sales and Marketing, credit risk management, credit lending will be an added advantage
2. At least 2 years’ experience in the financial sector with proven and demonstrable ability to grow SME business
3. Proficiency in computers is mandatory
