Job Description

The role holder will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the total reward strategies and agenda in Britam with emphasis on compensation & staff benefits ensuring they are aligned to the business strategy & values.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. 7-10 years compensation and benefits management experience, 3-4 years of which must be in management
  2. Up to date knowledge on various country Employment and Contract Laws as well as Retirement Benefits rules and regulations
  3. Knowledge and experience in ERP preferably in using Oracle systems
  4. Proven track record of analysis of remuneration data using Business and market knowledge

Education + Experience

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field Master’s degree in Human Resource Management is an added advantage
  2. Specific post-graduate training in compensation and benefits and /or HRBachelor’s Degree in a business related field
  3. Master’s degree in Human Resource Management is an added advantage
  4. Specific post-graduate training in compensation and benefits and /or HR
