Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Minimum of 3-5 years retail management as a store manager or equivalent experience
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills
3. Ability to manage demands in a fast paced, dynamic environment
4. Product knowledge of hardware related products preferred
5. Skills/Knowledge: Strong leadership and analytical skills
6. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
7. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail

Education + Experience

1. Degree/Higher Diploma preferred
