Job Description

Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan. Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets. Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics. Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, conversion, and monetization. Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications. Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Experience building complex marketing programs and you have achieved great results
  2. Experience with digital and direct response marketing
  3. Well-versed in human-centered design-thinking (including visual assets, landing pages, emails, but also journeys)
  4. Strong content creator and curator and excellent copywriter
  5. Proven knowledge of marketing funnels, lead acquisition, engagement, and conversion
  6. Strong project management skills
  7. Innovative and proactive problem-solver led by metrics-driven thinking
  8. Pay meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
  9. Convey meaningful reports and insights to any member of the organization
  10. Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  11. Strong passion to succeed, contagious energy and desire to have fun in the process
  12. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead self, projects, and people in a fast-paced environment

Education + Experience

  1. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Marketing
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  3. MBA or other Master’s will be considered an asset
  4. Technical experience using Hubspot and Salesforce preferred
