Job Description

Reporting to the Head, Systems and Control (SYSCON), the IT Audit Assistant will assist in the audit of Bank systems so as to offer independent assurance to the Board of Directors and Senior Management on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control, risk management and governance systems and processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. CPA or ACCA certied • Certied Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualication Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a bank, financial institution or professional services
2. Knowledge of banking and regulatory operations and regulations
3. High computer literacy
4. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
5. Investigation and Probing skills
6. Communication skills, including oral communication, report writing, and presentation skills
7. Knowledge in auditing, internal audit standards, fraud awareness, and professional ethical standards

Education + Experience

1. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related course
