We are searching for a talented Social Media & Content Creation Support to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing our social media strategy across key social media channels. You will be instrumental in increasing our social media brand presence and influence online while increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Social Media Community Management
Assist with streamlining company social media accounts, ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities
Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
Collaborate with other departments to build and manage channel-specific campaigns to increase reach
Coordinating and Distributing Content
Maintain a monthly social media calendar
Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily ( text, images, videos etc.)
Drive awareness of new blog posts
Flag and aggregate interesting content to re-tweet
Contribute to the development of video content to post on relevant social media platforms
Repurpose content from other sources for our own social media channels (and understand how to change the tone of the content for each channel).
Understanding and monitoring social media analytics
Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, including Google Analytics, Bitly statistics etc.
Track and report website statistics using Google Analytics
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
