• Telemedicine patient follow up and data analysis
• Audit patient data to determine if all patients have been attended to
• Work with customer care to make sure that all patients are followed up
• Audit patient data and POS data from the pharmacy to confirm payment for all patients using the platform.
• Support with conducting surveys among patients who have registered but not used the platform as well as get direct feedback from patients who have used the platform.
• Support with clinician scheduling
