Job Description

Clifta Tours and Travel based in Ongata Rongai in Kajiado County and we are looking for a skilled Receptionist. Front Office Duties and Responsibilities 1. Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere 2. Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices. 3. Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary 4. Booking flights and hotels. 5. Create and maintain updated documents and spread sheets 6. Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail 7. Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.) 8. Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc. 9. Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks 10. Record meeting minutes and dictations 11. Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed. 12. Make coffee and set out food. 13. Ensure reception area is tidy. 14. Arrange appointments, update appointment calendars, and Schedule follow-up appointments. 15. Make sure that the office is kept clean and free of trash at all times

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  2. Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position 2
  3. Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles 3
  4. Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment 4
  5. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 5
  6. Outstanding communication skills 6

Education + Experience
