Job Description
Tribus TSG Ltd under the Ajiry program seeks to recruit 2 performance-driven Sales Executives to drive sales of Real estate products to individual clients and organized groups in order to achieve the overall revenue objectives for Centum RE retail sales.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in selling high end commercial and residential property will be an added advantage
- Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
- Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Analytical skills and logical/creative thinking
- Good management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Commercial approach to all activities
- Take initiative and ability to make commercially viable decisions
- Able to deal with 3rd party agencies – Experiential agency management is key
Education + Experience
- Must have a university degree or diploma in sales, marketing or business-related field will be an added advantage
- Should have at least 3 years’ sales and marketing experience in a real estate company
- Must have good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite
