Manage the correct preparation of the site prior to a shop container being delivered;
Carry out maintenance checks on all shop containers, and manage any necessary repairs;
Manage / oversee any emergency maintenance works as they arise;
Provide clear and timely communication to maintenance clients;
Maintain clear and complete records of work done, and checks carried out;
Assess and procure necessary items for the upkeep of the containers;
Perform additional tasks as requested by the manager as needed.
